Recreational hours for Cardio Room

The fitness room will be open during the summer months from
10:00am-4:00pm.
Machines available include treadmills, standard and recumbent stationery cycles, stair climbers, rowing simulators. Please report any broken or equipment in need of maintenance to Athletic Director.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday 10:00am-4:00pm
Guidelines for Cardio Room use:
1. Proper exercise attire is expected
2. All Radios, CD players must have headphones in use
3. Please bring towel
4. Please wipe off machines after use
5. Children under 12 not allowed in Cardio room
6. Must have Old Westbury ID or Panther Pride membership card for use.
7. Do not move equipment
8. Please return machines to "stop" mode after use
