Skyline Conference Women's Basketball Weekly Report

CLIFTON PARK, NY (www.oldwestburypanthers.com) – The SUNY College at Old Westbury freshman Krystina Agard was named Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week Monday announced by commissioner Tracy King. In earning the Rookie of the Week Award for the 10th time in 13 weeks, Agard averaged 25.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 3.5 steals in a 1-1 week for the Panthers.

In Wednesday's loss at NYU-Poly, the freshman led the way with 24 points, nine rebounds, five assists and five steals in 39 minutes. She followed with 27 points on 12-of-12 shooting from the stripe, seven assists, four rebounds and two steals in 40 minutes of court time in leading Old Westbury to victory over Sage to close out the season.

Agard ranks among the leaders in the Skyline Conference in scoring (Ranked 2nd - 23.3 points per game), assists (Ranked 2nd – 4.76 per game), steals (Ranked 3rd – 3.76 per game), blocked shots (Ranked 3rd – 1.44 per game), free throw percentage (Ranked 2nd – 86%), three point field goal percentage (Ranked 4th – 34.2%) and three point field goals made per game (Ranked 10th – 1.56). She ranked third on the team with 148 rebounds and pulled down an average 5.9 boards per game.
