WOMEN'S SOCCER BRACKET ANNOUNCED FOR SKYLINE CONFERENCE TOURNAMENT

NOVEMBER 3, 2008

OLD WESTBURY, N.Y.-The SUNY College at Old Westbury women's soccer team enters the 2008 Skyline Conference Soccer Tournament as a No. 6 seed in the Panthers inaugural season.  The will need a strong showing against No. 3 seed Bard College, Wednesday evening on the road.

This will be the second meeting between the two teams this season.  Freshman Angelica Glover scored three goals and handed out one assist while classmate Erin Hannigan added two scores to lead Bard College in the 7-0 win at Annandale-on-Hudson, N.Y. on September 20^th.  Old Westbury's leading scorer, freshman Cassandra Esposito (Valley Stream, N.Y.) was shut down by the Raptor defense in the first meeting as she was held without a single shot.  Esposito will need to produce goals to overcome a Bard team that has outscored their opponents, 58-28.
