Old Westbury, NY ?In seven innings sophomore Joe Nuzzolese (Wantagh, NY) allowed only 2 runs while striking out 16 batters. Sophomore John Decrescenzo (Brooklyn, NY) led the way for the Panthers going 3 for 4 with 2 runs and 4 RBI?s. Senior Felix Tatis (Brooklyn, NY) and sophomore Greg Jones (Laurelton, NY) each went 3 for 5 with 2 runs and 3 RBI?s. Sophomore Leo Hernandez (New York, NY) went 4 for 4 with 3 runs and a RBI.
Maritime College was led by Freshman Brenton Yockel (Chili, NY) who went 1 for 2 with a run and a RBI.
