Anthony Pastore and three William Paterson relief pitchers shut down the Panther offense after that point, allowing just three hits for the remainder of the game.
Jamie Quinn drove in Rob Knips in the ninth for the Panthers final run.
Ramon Geronimo was 2-for-4 and Felipe Martinez stole two bases and scored a run. George Pagan took the loss after allowing 19 hits and 12 runs (10 earned) over six innings.
