Old Westbury, NY--After winning five consecutive games, the Panther?s suffered a loss to St. Joseph?s 1 -3. The first goal was scored fifteen minutes into the game from opponent Jason Garguilo (Copiague, NY). The Panther?s held St. Joseph?s scoreless until twenty minutes into the second half and gave up two more goals within ten minutes of each other. They held on and pulled through with a goal from Louis Dipasquale (Westhampton, NY) on a follow through from Brandon DeNoyer (Scotia, NY). ?Inexperience played a major role in the game? said Coach Prizant, who believes that his freshman class has improved tremendously as the season comes to an end. Coach Prizant commented ?we showed the teams in the conference that we are a threat and they know to expect a lot more from us next season?.
