KING CLAIMS INDIVIDUAL TITLE BEFORE PANTHERS FALL TO MEDGAR EVERS

BROOKLYN, N.Y.-The SUNY College at Old Westbury Men's Cross-Country team fell to Medgar Evers on Wednesday at Prospect Park. Kenneth King won an individual title, finishing the race in 10:03. The overall score of the men's race was Medgar Evers 25, Old Westbury 30.
The men placed two runners in the top five, with King leading the way. Jesse Carcamo continued to run extremely well, finishing third overall at 10:51. David Mathew clocked in at 12:48 to finish seventh. Rounding out the men's squad was Ronald Ott (9th 13:10) and Nicholous Perdomo (10th 13:17).
The top runner for Medgar Evers was Jonathan Sajous, who finished second in 10:42.
