BRYAN NAMED TO SKYLINE CONFERENCE WEEKLY HONOR ROLL

LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J.-The SUNY College at Old Westbury Women's Basketball team was honored this week as junior Shameeka Bryan (Jamaica, N.Y.) was named to the Skyline Conference Weekly Honor Roll.

In a week where the Panthers went 1-1, Shameeka Bryan averaged 14 points, 9.5 rebounds and dished out two assists per game. On the season, Bryan is averaging 9.8 points, 9.7 rebounds (3^rd in Conference) , 3 steals (8^th in Conference) and 2.3 assists per game.

Old Westbury (6-10, 2-8) generates 10.75 steals per game and presents an offense that averages 61.7 points per contest (5^th in conference). The Green and Ivory are second best in the conference with a 65.6 percent from the free-throw line.

The Panthers return to action on Tuesday, January 29^th at Skyline Conference opponent Mount Saint Vincent College.
