WOMEN'S SWIMMING TOPPED BY COLLEGE OF SAINT ELIZABETH

OLD WESTBURY, N.Y.-The SUNY College at Old Westbury Women's Swimming team lost a 139-44 decision to non-conference opponent, College of Saint Elizabeth on Saturday afternoon at the Old Westbury Aquatic Center. Old Westbury falls to 0-11 on the season while College of Saint Elizabeth climbs to 2-5 overall.
Brenda Marmol and Jessica Marmol highlighted the meet for the Panthers with first place honors. Brenda Marmol claimed first-place in the 500-yard Freestyle with a time of 6:28 while Jessica Marmol won the 100-yard Individual Medley. Samantha Beja claimed second-place in both the 50-yard Backstroke (45.54) and 100-yard Backstroke. Brenda Marmol concluded the day with second-place honors in the 50-yard Butterfly in at 35.02.
