PANTHER CROSS-COUNTRY OFF AND RUNNING AT BARD INVITATIONAL

ANNANDALE, N.Y.-The SUNY College at Old Westbury Men's Cross-Country team opened their 2007 campaign at the Bard College Men's Invitational Race at Annandale on Hudson on Saturday. Freshman Ronald Ott and David Matthew ran a hard fought race, finishing just outside of the pack at their first meet.

Ronald Ott clocked in at a team-best 35:24, just 9.72 behind first place Keith Wagner from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. David Matthew finished with a time of 42:48. Cross-County will be off and running on Saturday, September 30^th at Van Cortland Park for the Lehman Lightning Invitational.
