Krystina Agard (Rosedale, NY) averaged 17.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.5 steals in two games last week and her performance was recognized by the Skyline Conference on Monday when she was named the Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week.
Agard was 9-of-20 from the floor, 4-of-7 from three-point range and 12-of-14 from the line last week. Against Mount Saint Vincent, she had 17 points and six rebounds and followed with 17 more points, eight rebounds and seven assists versus Purchase.
On the season, Agard is averaging 22.7 points (ranked 2nd in conference), 4.85 assists (ranked 2nd in conference), 4.15 steals (ranked 2nd in conference), 1.6 blocked shots (ranked 3rd in conference) and 6.2 rebounds. She is also connecting on 44.1 percent from the field (ranked 4th in conference), 84.7 percent from the free throw line (ranked 2nd in conference) and 32.1 percent from three point territory (ranked 6th in conference).
