GIORDANO SELECTED TO SKYLINE CONFERENCE WEEKLY HONOR

CLIFTON PARK, NY (www.oldwestburypanthers.com) - The SUNY College at
Old Westbury sophomore setter Kristina Giordano (Huntington
Station, NY) was named to the Skyline Conference Weekly Honor Roll
for the seventh time this season after strong performances in a 1-3
week for the Panthers.
Giordano averaged 3.5 assists, 2.28 digs and 1.0 kills per set
last week. Her best outings were against Saint Elizabeth and
St. Joseph's-L.I. Giordano handed out 19 assists in a
3-0 victory at Saint Elizabeth and posted a double-double,
combining 18 assists and 12 digs against St. Joseph's-L.I.
On the season, Giordano is ranks among the conference leaders in
service aces per set (.98 - 2nd in Skyline), hitting
percentage (.244 -7th in Skyline) and assists per set
(5.36 - 7th in Skyline).
SAGE NEXT FOR THE PANTHERS: Old Westbury
travels to Sage for the quarterfinals of the Skyline Conference
Championship Tournament on Wednesday, November October
