Men's Soccer Scoreless Against Hunter

The Old Westbury men's soccer team dropped a non-conference contest against Hunter College, 3-0, on Saturday afternoon.

How it Happened
  • Despite leading in shots (13) and corner kicks (4), the Panthers were held scoreless through the match.
  • Hunter scored the first goal of the game in the 29th minute, and quickly netted another just two minutes later. The Hawks scored their third goal in the 40th minute.
  • Old Westbury had nine shots in the first half, but couldn't find the back of the net. 
  • Both teams went scoreless in the second half.
