The Old Westbury women's volleyball team won a Skyline Conference matchup against Yeshiva University on Thursday evening. The Panthers move to 1-1 overall, and 1-0 in conference play.

How it Happened

• Old Westbury had a six point run early on, including three service aces from Juliana Evans, to take the lead 6-3.
• In the second set, Old Westbury had two six-point runs to secure the lead.
• With a 6-4 lead in the third set, Old Westbury scored nine consecutive points with three kills and two service aces to make it 15-4.
• Old Westbury totaled 36 kills, compared to Yeshiva's 10, with 14 service aces.

Top Performers

• Clarissa Olivero and Olivia Baumann led the team with eight kills each.
• Olivero added four service aces and four digs. Baumann added two service aces and eight digs.
• Setter Juliana Evans totaled 25 assists with three service aces.
• Stephanie Maser and Geanelle Sam both added five kills and two service aces.
