Men Suffer First Conference Loss of the Season

Box Score Old Westbury, N.Y. | September 19, 2023 | The Panther Men's Soccer team fell to Sarah Lawrence College as it played its second Skyline Conference game of the season.

The Gryphons held a 1-0 lead at the break after scoring a goal in the last minute of the first half.

The Panthers tied the game in the 56th minute when Jessi Vasquez scored his second goal of the season.

The score remained deadlocked until the 87th minute, when Sarah Lawrence's Morris Collins scored the game-winning goal past Panther goalkeeper Andy Chacho.

Chacho saw 20 shots in the game, with 10 on target, and recorded eight saves.
