The 2025-26 season ended for the SUNY Old Westbury men's basketball team with a 91-52 loss to top-seeded Yeshiva in the Quarterfinal round of the Skyline Conference Tournament. The Panthers finish the season with a record of 9-18.
Christian Thomas and
Jermaine King Jr. both netted 10 points for the Panthers with Thomas adding four rebounds and King adding three assists.
Stephon Rosch Kouassi put up three blocks and two steals while
Joel Ofori and Rosch Kouassi each pulled down six boards.
The teams kept the score closely contested through the opening eight minutes with the game being tied five times. Yeshiva broke out on a 12-1 run to take a double digit lead, 24-13, that Old Westbury would struggle to come back from through the remainder of the contest.
