Tiseo Named to Skyline Second Team All-Conference

OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. — Along with several other Panthers earning postseason recognition, the Skyline Conference announced on May 5 that SUNY Old Westbury junior designated hitter Mike Tiseo was also named to the Skyline Second Team All-Conference following a strong 2026 season.

Tiseo, a Queens, N.Y. native, appeared in 34 games for the Panthers while making 34 starts during the 2026 campaign. The junior finished the season batting .355 with a 1.077 OPS across 121 at-bats.

Throughout the season, Tiseo totaled 43 hits, 34 runs scored, five doubles, one triple, nine home runs, and 36 RBI while producing a .636 slugging percentage and a .441 on-base percentage.Tiseo also showed consistency at the plate, drawing 16 walks while adding 10 stolen bases throughout the season.

The relentless designated hitter proved to be one of Old Westbury's top offensive threats this season, consistently delivering power and timely hitting in key moments for the Panthers lineup.

During the Panthers' final regular season doubleheader against Farmingdale State College on May 2, Tiseo recorded an RBI single in game two while continuing to provide offensive production late into the season

As Old Westbury concluded the 2026 season with a 17-18 overall record, Tiseo will look to continue building off his All-Conference campaign heading into next season as a key returning piece for the Panthers baseball program.
