2025: Appeared in 31 games where he recorded 33 hits, 19 runs, and 24 RBIs. Recorded 10 walks, six doubles and two home runs. 

High School: He played under Coach Tom Abruscato at Clarke High School in East Meadow, New York, starting as a catcher. He was named an All-Conference player and received the Golden Glove Award during his senior year of high school as a catcher.

Additional Awards: Named All-Axcess Pre-Season Team, named Perfect Game Pre-Season All-Region, named Perfect Game Top Prospect Team, named as a Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-American playing in Arizona, named and playing for the Baseball Factory All-State Team in Florida.

Personal: A business administration and management major, JJ is the son of Joe and Shirley Palumbo. He has two siblings, Rebecca and Giselle.
