Biography

2025: Appeared in 27 games where he recorded 20 hits, 17 runs, and eight RBIs. Recorded 10 walks, four doubles and a home run.  

High School: At William Floyd High School in Mastic Beach, New York, he earned All-League honors in both junior and senior year. Awarded the Silver Slugger Award in his senior year after achieving a .420 batting average.

Personal: A business administration major, Angelo is the son of Maria and Pete Velez. Has two siblings, Sophia and Justin.
