Jason Warshaw

Head Coach Jason Warshaw begins his sixth season at the helm of the Old Westbury men’s soccer program. He enters 2010 with the most wins in program history, posting a five year record of 42-45-5 at OW.

Warshaw has been at Old Westbury since 2003. He was hired as an assistant coach for 2003 and 2004. Since taking the head coaching reigns over in 2005, he has put Old Westbury on the map. He has gone on to mold the Panthers into winners that compete for championships. Over the past three seasons, Old Westbury has appeared in two Skyline Conference Championship games. Prior to Old Westbury, Warshaw spent one season as an assistant coach at his Alma Mater SUNY University at Albany, where he played four seasons of Great Dane soccer.

In 2007, Warshaw led the Panthers to the programs first ever trip to the NCAA Tournament after capturing their first Skyline Conference title on the road at St. Joseph’s-L.I. For his effort, Warshaw was named Skyline Conference Coach of the Year due in part to five All-Skyline Conference selections, including Justin Leakey, who was named Skyline Championship MVP.

Under his leadership, he has coached nine individual All-Skyline Conference selections. Included in that group are Conor McKeon (Second Team 2009), Timothy Munzing (First Team 2008), Justin Leakey (First Team 2008, Second Team 2007), John Senatore (First Team 2007, Second Team 2008), Kimron Annikie (First Team 2007), Alexnader Renwart (First Team 2007) and Sandro Charlitti (Second Team 2007). In 2008 and 2009, Warshaw coached two-time Skyline Conference Player of the Year Fabian Santibanez, who was named Skyline Conference Player of the Year in 2008 and 2009.

Warshaw currently resides in Central Islip, New York with his wife and three children.
