Pablo Diaz joined the SUNY Old Westbury men’s soccer program as an undergraduate assistant for the 2013 season and was elevated to assistant coach in 2014 season.
Diaz finished up his three-year playing career (2010-12) with the Panthers in 2012. He made 26 career starts in goal for Old Westbury. Diaz had his finest season as a Panther in 2011 when he recorded a career-best five shutouts and 83 saves. Diaz concluded his career with 12 wins for Old Westbury, logging more than 2,500 minutes in goal to record seven shutouts and 122 saves.
The Ronkonkoma, New York native attended Sachem High School and graduated with a degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Old Westbury in May 2014.
