Awards: Skyline Conference Honor Roll 

2025: Played in 83 sets where he recorded four kills, 21 assists, one block and 269 digs. 

2024: Played in 66 sets as the starting libero throughout the season. Finished the 2024 campaign with four kills, 13 assists, and 254 digs, 

High School: Jose played Soccer for travel Barcelona Juniors for nine years and for his school team for one year. Each year, Jose served as a captain and the starting goalkeeper. Jose played three years of high school golf and received all-county honors, all-conference honors, and was named MVP for two years. In addition to his high school playing time, Jose played one year of college golf and tennis at Utica University.

Personal: A pre-med major, Jose is the son of Racel Bune. He has two siblings, Jose Rafael and Jose Inigo. In addition to volleyball, Jose plays golf for the Panthers.
