Awards/Honors:
Skyline Conference All-Conference Second Team Pitcher 2025

2025: Made 23 appearances as a pitcher where she recorded an ERA of 2.15. She allowed 101 hiits, 33 earned runs, and 18 walks. She recorded 82 strikeouts. As a hitter, she recorded a hit, a walk, two runs and an RBI.  

2024: Made seven pitching appearances where she recorded an ERA of 3.71. She allowed 27 hits, nine earned runs, and nine walks. She recorded 16 strikeouts. 

High School: Hailey played on the varsity softball team from seventh grade through twelfth grade. She was the starting pitcher for three years. She received the MVP award in high school. Hailey also played on her travel ball team, the Warriors, under Coach Mike Mulroy, In her freshman year she recieved an honorable mention for the Tampa Bay Times top players. She was the runner up for preseason pitcher of the county in her senior year.
Hailey was also on the bowling team in her senior year of high school.

Personal: A psychology major, Hailey is the daughter of Laura Baertschi and David Ragozine. She has one brother, Travis.
