SUNY Old Westbury Athletics

2023-24: Started in all 24 games throughout the season. Averaged 10.5 points per game, 8.5 rebounds per game, 2.3 assists per game, 2.1 steals per game and 1.1 blocks per game. Finished the 2023-24 campaign with 251 points, 204 rebounds, 54 assists, 27 blocks and 51 steals.

High School: Phalan played under Head Coach Meredith Jones at Freeport High School for four years, and was all-county in 2017. In addition to basketball, she played badminton under Head Coach Lolita Beathea, and was all-county in 2017. In addition to athletics, Phalan enrolled in the National Honor Society and served as president from 2015-2017

Personal: A biology major and biology teaching master's candidate, Phalan is the daughter of Thomas and Toshia Smith. She has a sister, Tyler.
