2025: Made 21 appearances as a pitcher where she earned an ERA od 2.39. She allowed 104 hits, 40 earned runs, 27 walks, and struck out 87 batters. As a hitter, she recorded 11 hits, seven runs, 10 RBIs, two walks, and two home runs. 

2024: Made 20 appearances as a pitcher where she recorded an ERA of 2.04. She allowed 104 hits, 54 runs, 33 earned runs, 21 walks and struck out 57 batters. 

Prior to OW: Before joining the Panthers, Layla played for Monroe College as a pitcher from 2021-2023. She earned the 2022 NJCAA Division III Northeast District Softball Championship title under the Monroe Express. Monroe Express Softball ranked No.7 at the 2022 NJCAA Division III National Softball Championship.

Personal: Layla is a Psychology major at SUNY Old Westbury.
