Boxscore

MAHWAH, N.J.-The SUNY College at Old Westbury men's soccer team were stunned on the road at non-conference opponent Ramapo College, 2-0 on Wednesday evening at the Bradley Center.  Old Westbury falls to 2-3 on the season while Ramapo College moves to 4-3 overall.

Sophomore goalkeeper Darian Bryan (Elmont, N.Y.) held the Roadrunners scoreless until the 54:33 mark when Jonathan Henriques broke loose to score the first goal of the game as Giuseppe Trani found him for the score.  Henriques paced the Roadrunners as he followed with his second tally of the game at the 67:30 mark on a pass from teammate Benjamin Eggart to give Ramapo College a 2-0 lead.

Old Westbury was unable to overcome a stifling Roadrunner defense that held the Panthers to three shots for the match.  Ramapo College out-shot Old Westbury 35-3 including an 18-3 edge in the shots on goal department.  Darian Bryan totaled a career-high 15 saves while Ramapo College goalkeeper Ian Tighe finished the night with three saves.

The Green and Ivory will be back on the pitch on Wednesday, September 24th when they travel to City Tech for a non-conference affair.  Kickoff is slated for 3:30 p.m.  Please visit www.oldwestburypanthers.com for more information on men's soccer or any of the other Panther athletic teams.
