Wagner again used an early run to extend its lead to start the second half, scoring 11 of the first 17 points to go up 48-23 with 15:12 remaining.  Omari Trebuse sank a pair of free throws at 6:52 to trim the deficit to 20 points before Wagner closed out the final 6:36 with a 23-9 spurt for the 83-49 final.

Jaquan Potter matched a career-high with 12 points to lead Old Westbury.   Potter also connected on 4-of-5 from the field, including 3-for-4 from three-point range to go along with three assists and one steal.  Trebuse followed with nine points, three assists and one blocked shot while Gjonlekaj added seven points and two steals.  Eugene Bradley nabbed a team-best three steals and Justin Mize and Kaleem Edwards each chipped in with two.
