YONKERS, NY --- (www.OLDWESTBURYPANTHERS.com) SUNY Old Westbury men's soccer rolled past the Sarah Lawrence College Gryphons (4-12-0, 0-10-0 Skyline) on Saturday afternoon with a 4-1 Skyline Conference road win from Tibbets Brook Park in Yonkers, New York. With the win, Old Westbury (10-4-4, 7-2-1 Skyline) secured its first 10-win season since 2010.

James Marchena dished out his team-leading seventh assist 4:49 in for Alexander Hilton's first-career goal to break the scoring ice for Old Westbury. Dominick Guidice then scored his eighth-career game-winning goal 1:03 later off a feed from Seaton Cole to double Old Westbury's advantage. Sarah Lawrence answered with a converted penalty kick by Alix Legrand in the 24th minute to slice their deficit in half to make it a 2-1 game heading into intermission.

Old Westbury took a 3-1 lead in the 79th minute as Guidice scored his career-best 13th goal of the season by finishing a Sean Davis pass. In the 89th minute, Jon Kerby set Chris Agbodoh up for his seventh goal of the season to settle the 4-1 final.

In the end, Old Westbury held the edge in shots (27-4), shots on goal (13-1), and corner kicks (5-2).

Mike Warren (9-4-4) earned Old Westbury's win, while Mehran Hicks (4-11-0) made eight saves in defeat for Sarah Lawrence.

ST. JOSEPH'S COLLEGE (BROOKLYN) BEARS UP NEXT FOR THE PANTHERS: Old Westbury closes out regular-season play Wednesday (Oct. 26) on the road against the St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) Bears at 4 p.m. from Aviator Field in Brooklyn, New York.
