Ruth Vargas dropped in a layup for the game's opening points to spark a 6-0 Panther run.  Midway through the first quarter, Charlotte Renker laid-in two points to give Old Westbury a double-digit lead for good to make it a 19-8 game.  Old Westbury's lead twice reached 20 during the first period, and swelled to as many as 29 in the second stanza as Davida Warren's layup gave the Panthers a 55-26 advantage heading into the break.

With 3:05 remaining in the third quarter, Warren's layup stretched Old Westbury's lead to a game-high 39 points (73-34).  The Panthers played with a 30-point lead for the final 19:35 to surge to victory.

Robinson led Old Westbury with 18 points (7-of-10 FG), four assists and four steals in 18 minutes of play.  Renker followed with 13 points to go along with career-highs of 14 rebounds and four steals.  Monique Joseph totaled 13 points, 11 rebounds (seven offensive) and three steals to record her third-career double-double.  Vargas added 12 points, eight rebounds and three steals while Bridgid McNeill chipped in with 10 points and six boards (five offensive).  Warren finished with nine points, 12 rebounds, and two steals.  Bellings nabbed two steals and moved the offense with a career-best seven assists.

Dar'Neisha Brice led all scorers with 20 points to pace New Rochelle.

In the end, Old Westbury shot 44 percent (37-of-84) from the field, 11.1 percent (1-of-9) from three-point range and 50 percent (13-of-26) from the free-throw line.  By comparison, New Rochelle shot 36.2 percent (21-of-58) from the floor, 35.3 percent (6-of-17) from beyond the arc and 25 percent (3-of-12) at the charity stripe.  Old Westbury won the boards battle, 60-32, scoring 28 second-chance points off 32 offensive rebounds.  The Panthers also held the edge in steals (22-9), blocks (3-1), and converted 32 New Rochelle turnovers into 40 points.
