BRONX --- (www.OLDWESTBURYPANTHERS.com) SUNY Old Westbury men's golf improved to 1-3 on the season with Saturday's 331 (+46) - 451 (+167) win over the College of Mount Saint Vincent Dolphins (0-1) from the 6,480 yard, par 71 Pelham Bay Golf Course in Bronx. Old Westbury combined to improve its stroke total by 25 from the September 10 showing versus Yeshiva University at Pelham Bay Golf Course as all six Panthers carded season-best scores.

Old Westbury was led by Ian Rostrup's round of 77 (+6) to finish first. Christopher Brown fired a round of 82 (+11) to finish second while Jonathan DeRosa and Brandon Murphy tied for third with rounds of 86 (+15) to round out Old Westbury's scoring four. Kevin Dumas (96, +25) and Dyllon O'Shea (98 (+27) followed in fifth and sixth, respectively.

Jarred McClain's 106 (+35) paced Mount Saint Vincent.

UNIVERSITY OF VALLEY FORGE PATRIOTS UP NEXT FOR THE PANTHERS: Old Westbury is scheduled to tee off next against the University of Valley Forge Patriots on September 29 at 11 a.m. from Bethpage State Park-Green Course in Farmingdale, New York.
