OLD WESTBURY, NY --- (www.OLDWESTBURYPANTHERS.com) SUNY Old Westbury women's basketball improved to 8-1 at home with Tuesday's 87-33 Skyline Conference win over the Yeshiva University Maccabees inside Clark Athletic Center.  With the win, Old Westbury has now won all five games versus the Maccabees since they returned to the Skyline Conference in 2015-16.

Both teams traded baskets to open play before Bridgid McNeill's layup 2:17 in gave Old Westbury the lead for good (4-2).  McNeill's bucket sparked a 12-0 run as Monique Joseph contributed eight points to the scoring spree to give the Panthers a 14-2 advantage with 5:01 left in the first quarter.  Yeshiva answered with an 8-2 run to pull within four (14-10) 3:17 later.  Old Westbury's lead jumped to 21 points (36-15) as a Marva Dudley-Adams jumper capped an 11-0 run 3:24 before the break.  The Panthers coasted into intermission with a 20-point lead (38-18).
