Golden Eagles (12-11, 7-3 Skyline) from Jackie Robinson Athletic Complex.  Old Westbury (12-12-1, 5-5 Skyline) is now 15-6 against St. Joseph's since 2011.

With the game tied (2-2) in the fourth, Tyler Craft (3-for-5) slugged a three-run double off Panther starter Vinny Negri to push the Golden Eagle lead to three.

Trailing 6-2 in the fifth, Old Westbury compiled seven hits over the next two innings to score 10 runs capped by a big eight-run sixth.  John Fogarty's three-run triple scored Liam Slattery for the game-winning run that made it a 7-6 contest on Golden Eagle reliever Anthony Caminiti (L, 2-2: 2 H, 4 R, 3 ER, 2 BB).

Old Westbury scored two more in the seventh and added one in the eighth to settle the 15-6 final.

Reliever Matt Bohenek (W, 2-0: 8 H, R, BB, 4 K) worked 5.1 innings to secure Old Westbury's win.

John Condon (5-for-6, 3 R, RBI) paced Old Westbury at the plate with a 5-hit game.

Game 2: Old Westbury 9, St. Joseph's 8
Down 5-0, Old Westbury scored three runs in third, fourth and fifth innings to take a 9-7 lead.

Jesse Russo (2-for-3, 2 RBI, R, BB) extended his hitting streak to 13 games in the third inning with a RBI double to score David Hawley (1-for-1, 2 RBI, 2 R, BB) before advancing home off a Slattery (3-for-5, 3 RBI, BB) run-scoring single.

Michael Borsch singled home Mike Manetta in the fifth for the go-ahead run (8-7).  Two batters later, Hawley lifted a sacrifice fly out to center field to score Shaun Kaminski (3-for-3, 3 R, RBI) for the game-winning run.

Alipio Tiburcio (W, 1-0, BB, 3 K) pitched three relief innings of no-hit ball to earn his first win of the season before Joshua Cruz nailed down his conference-leading sixth save.
