Women’s Soccer Unsuccessful Against Mount Saint Vincent on Saturday Afternoon

RIVERDALE, N.Y. – The SUNY Old Westbury women's soccer team was taken down by the Dolphins of the University of Mount Saint Vincent on Saturday. The Dolphins took the match, 7-0.
 
Old Westbury drops to 6-6 on the season and falls to 3-5 in Skyline Conference play.
 
The Panthers would find themselves down early and were unable to overcome the powerful offense of Mount Saint Vincent. The Dolphins were able to prevent the Panthers from getting off a shot attempt and held possession in their half of the field for a majority of the game.
 
The Dolphins would take down the Panthers by a final score of 7-0.
 
For the Panthers, Kristen Gallagher would finished with 12 saves in goal. She faced a total of 33 shot and 19 shots on goal throughout the game.
 
Next up, the Panthers will remain on the road for another Skyline Conference match. The Panthers will travel to take on Sarah Lawrence on Wednesday, October 22. That match is set to begin at 7 PM
