Golf Competes in the FSC George Congero Invitational

EAST MEADOW, N.Y. - The SUNY Old Westbury golf team competed in the 2025 George Cangero Invitational, hosted by Farmingdale State College. The Panthers placed 11th overall with the second day of the tournament being canceled due to weather. 

For the Panthers, Mike Tuzzolo was the top performer, finishing tied for 49th place. Tuzzolo finished with a final score of 83. The meet took place at Eisenhower Park  on the White Course with a par of 72 at 6,881 yards. 

Next up, the Panthers will return to action as they participate in the St. Joseph's-Long Island Invitational this coming Friday, September 12.
