2025: Appeared in 39 games where she recorded 39 hits, 15 runs, and 34 RBIs. Finished with 13 doubles, two home runs, and 10 walks. 

2024: Appeared in 37 games where she recorded a batting average of .357, OBP of .417, and a slugging percentage of .527. She recorded 40 hits, 24 runs, 35 RBIs, 10 doubles, three home runs and 11 walks. She also stole two bases.

High School: Ashley played softball for Coach Nick French at Bryant University at the Division I level before coming to OW. Ashley was a five year varsity starter for softball and basketball. She played on the extra innings No. 12 ranked team, Jersey Intensity BOD. 

Personal: An education major, Ashley is the daughter of Dawn and Randy Pierce. She has one sibling, Alexander. Ashley was named a Long Island Top 100 Softball player from 2019-2022.
