Box Score Old Westbury, NY

OW Men's Basketball (3-1, 0-0 Skyline) came back during the first half after being behind by double digits to York College (1-3,0-0 CUNYAC).  SUNY Old Westbury held the lead during the second half to win 88-85 in non-conference play.

Jonathan Jamieson scored 28 points and 3 steals  while point guard Zachary Cummings scored 26 points, 7 assists and 7 rebounds.  Jordan Johnson-Rader finished the night with 6 points and 11 rebounds. Two of the Old Westbury players, Charles Wingate and Jonathan Jamieson had two key offensive rebounds with 1:32 left in the game off an unsuccessful 3 point shot from Dion Delvalle Ryce (2 points) as Charles Wingate (13 points)  scored bringing the score to 86-79. York College battled back with 2 lay-ups to bring their score to 85 but Jonathan Jamieson scored a jump shot and Max Weinberg's (6 points) free-throw capped the scoring to claim the win 88-85 Friday night at Walter A. Lynch Sports Center in Farmingdale, New York.
