Old Westbury women's lacrosse junior goalkeeper Kathleen Mackey was named to the Skyline First Team All-Conference for the 2023 season.

Mackey served a vital role in bringing back Old Westbury women's lacrosse for the first season since 2019, and helped the Panthers to two wins. In the net, she had a .531 save percentage (#2 in conference) and averaged 14 saves per game (#1 in conference). She totaled 154 saves on the season, with 39 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers. She had a season-high 19 saves twice this season, against USMMA and Maritime.
