OLD WESTBURY, NY (www.OLDWESTBURYPANTHERS.com) ––The SUNY College at Old Westbury men's and women's swim teams defeated the Mount Saint Vincent Dolphins in a Skyline Conference meet Saturday afternoon in Old Westbury, New York. 

Cameron Russo led the men's squad with two individual victories in a 98-66 victory over Mount Saint Vincent.  Russo swam a season-best time of 5:54.61 in the 500 freestyle relay and also claimed the top-spot in the 100 freestyle at 53.57.  Ricky Diamano's 200 freestyle time of 2:01.92 was a season best time.  Bryan Woodhead, Stephen Paul, Ricky Damiano and Cameron Russo teamed up to notch a season-best time of 1:46.41 in the 200 medley relay.  Individual victories were also claimed by Bryan Woodhead (200 IM – 2:19.37) and Stephen Paul (100 breaststroke – 1:11.31).

Lydia Coleman set season-best times in the 50 freestyle (27.23) and 100 butterfly (1:18.19) events as the women topped Mount Saint Vincent 83-81.  Coleman took home top-honors in the 50 freestyle while teaming up with Janet Marmol, Christina Nelson and Hayley McGinn to record a victory time of 2:04.66 in the 200 freestyle relay.  Marmol registered a pair of victories in the 200 IM (2:37.05) and 100 breaststroke (1:22.25) events while Leeanna Ladouceur touched the wall first in the 1,000 freestyle at 20:03.51.

NEW ROCHELLE BLUE ANGELS UP NEXT FOR WOMEN'S SWIMMING: Old Westbury women's swimming returns to the pool on Monday (Dec. 12) in New Rochelley, New York for a non-conference showdown against the New Rochelle Blue Angels.  Race time is scheduled for 6 p.m.
