Stephanie Maybie put away the game-winner in the 52nd minute when she chased down the ball in the left corner and blasted a laser past Rutgers-Newark keeper Danielle Griscom. Clancy tacked on an insurance goal at the 82:06 mark as she settled a loose ball off a cross and tapped into the back of the net.
