Old Westbury claimed a 121-43 decision over the visiting New Rochelle Blue Angels

OLD WESTBURY, NY --- (www.OLDWESTBURYPANTHERS.com) SUNY Old Westbury women's swimming opened the 2015-16 campaign at home against the New Rochelle Blue Angels and St. Joseph's (L.I.) Golden Eagles on Tuesday evening from Clark Athletic Center. Old Westbury claimed a 121-43 decision over the Blue Angels at the same time as St. Joseph's (L.I.) earned a 115-73 victory against the hosts.

Jessie O'Hagan set a personal–best time in the 100-yard backstroke race by finishing ahead of the pack to win in 1:08.46. O'Hagan also won the 50-yard freestyle in 28:68 after opening the meet with Melanie Barone, Kayleigh Aiello and Samantha Imbembo to earn the top finish in the 200-yard medley relay in 2:21.20.

Aiello also contributed second-place finishes in the 200-yard IM (2:50.10) and 100-yard butterfly (1:24.18) events.

Habiba El-Sayed, Anesa Fiyazuddeen, Natasha Treuman and Sezgi Giray teamed up to collect second place in the 200-yard freestyle relay (2:31.68).
